Dana's tropical fruit smoothie

This drink refreshes, especially in hot weather. Makes 2 servings in 2 simple steps.

Ingredients

1 15-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 banana
8 cubes of ice
1 cup of orange juice

 

Directions

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend, adding the orange juice, until the fruit reaches the consistency you like.
